How to Set Up IPTV on Windows PC

Watch IPTV on any Windows desktop or laptop using VLC Media Player or a dedicated IPTV player app. Works on Windows 10 and 11.

Step 1

Install VLC Media Player

Download VLC Media Player from videolan.org (it's free). Alternatively, you can install IPTV Smarters for Windows. Both work great for IPTV streaming.

Step 2

Open Network Stream (VLC)

In VLC, go to Media → Open Network Stream (or press Ctrl+N). If you're using IPTV Smarters, select the Xtream Codes option on first launch.

Step 3

Enter Your Playlist URL or Login

In VLC, paste the M3U playlist URL sent to you via WhatsApp into the network URL field and click Play. In IPTV Smarters, enter your username, password, and server URL.

Tip: You can also load the M3U file directly in VLC by going to Media → Open File and selecting the downloaded playlist file.
Step 4

Start Watching

VLC will load the playlist and you can browse channels from the Playlist panel. Use the channel list to navigate and select what to watch. Enjoy 18,000+ live channels on your PC!
