These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IPTVIreland's IPTV streaming services and website at iptvire.land. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using any IPTVIreland service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Service Description

IPTVIreland provides internet protocol television (IPTV) streaming services, including:

  • Live channels — access to 18,000+ live TV channels from Ireland, the UK, and worldwide.
  • Video on demand (VOD) — a library of 80,000+ movies and TV series available for on-demand streaming.
  • Multi-device support — compatibility with Firestick, Smart TVs, Android devices, iPhones, MAG boxes, and Windows PCs.
  • 4K streaming quality — high-definition content delivery where available.

Our services are delivered over the internet to compatible devices. See our setup guides for detailed instructions. An active internet connection with a minimum recommended speed of 15 Mbps is required for optimal streaming quality.

2. Account Terms

When you purchase an IPTVIreland subscription, an account is created for you with the following terms:

  • One device per subscription line — each subscription is valid for use on a single device at any time. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices requires additional subscription lines.
  • Account credentials — your login details (username and password) are for your personal use only. Sharing credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
  • Account responsibility — you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Accurate information — you must provide accurate contact information (name, email, WhatsApp number) to ensure you receive important service communications and support.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use IPTVIreland services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to copy, reproduce, redistribute, broadcast, or create derivative works from the content provided through our service.
  • Use the service to harm, exploit, or endanger minors in any way.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, other user accounts, or any connected networks.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with or access the service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or any content accessed through it without our express written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
  • Circumvent any technical limitations, DRM measures, or usage restrictions applied to the content.

Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for IPTVIreland subscriptions are processed through the following methods:

  • WhatsApp — direct payment arrangements facilitated via WhatsApp conversation with our team.
  • PayPal — secure online payments via PayPal.
  • Bank transfer — direct bank transfer to our business account.
  • Cryptocurrency — payments accepted in major cryptocurrencies.

View our current pricing plans for full details on subscription costs and available options. Payment is due in full before subscription activation. All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated as ex-VAT.

You are responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, or financial institution in connection with your payment.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Subscriptions are sold for fixed periods (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) as selected at the time of purchase. Your subscription begins upon activation of your account credentials.

No Recurring Charges

IPTVIreland operates on a prepaid, non-recurring model. We will never automatically charge you or renew your subscription. When your subscription period expires, your access will simply stop. You are free to renew at any time by purchasing a new subscription via WhatsApp. Browse our pricing plans to find the right option for you.

Subscription Expiry

Upon expiry of your subscription period:

  • Access to all channels, VOD content, and streaming features will be immediately suspended.
  • Your account data will be retained for 12 months for reactivation purposes.
  • No automatic renewals or recurring payments will be processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, website design, and software associated with IPTVIreland are the intellectual property of IPTVIreland or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The TV channels, movies, series, and other content accessible through our service are the property of their respective content owners and licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view this content for personal, non-commercial use only.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the content beyond the limited viewing licence described above.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • IPTVIreland provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
  • We are not liable for any loss of content, channel availability changes, or quality variations that may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to content provider decisions, network disruptions, or force majeure events.
  • In no event shall IPTVIreland's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
  • Channel lineups and VOD libraries are subject to change without notice due to content licensing agreements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without prior notice, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • You engage in unauthorised sharing of account credentials or commercial exploitation of the service.
  • We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
  • We reasonably believe your use of the service poses a security risk to our systems or other users.

Upon termination for breach, no refund will be issued. You may also stop using the service at any time; however, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription unless you qualify under our Refund Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland. For more on IPTV regulation in Ireland, see our IPTV legality guide.

As an Ireland-based company operating within the European Union, we are also subject to applicable EU consumer protection regulations, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Step 1: Contact Us — Reach out via WhatsApp at +44 7412 830779 and describe your issue. We will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

Step 2: Mediation — If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed mediator in Ireland.

Step 3: Legal Proceedings — If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Ireland, in accordance with Irish law.

As a consumer, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes out of court.
